May monthly weigh in - RESULTS
10 May 2014, 07:57
It's been 4 weeks since the last weigh in, so it's time to post your progress (or otherwise). Please tell us your weight and waist measurements in kg if you can, as it makes my stats calculations so much easier!

My own results are that since April 12, my Libra trend weight has gone down by 1.1kg, to 65.1 kg, putting me just 100g above target. No change in waist measurement, but body fat had gone down by 0.5% and is still hovering a bit over 30%. So close to target but not quite there!

RESULTS
Not many joined the May weigh-in - only 21 people, total reported loss was, therefore, quite low at 19.6kg
Average loss was 1.1kg
Biggest loser was @fxylady at 5kg

Let's hope that the June weigh-in is better attended!

In the last 4 weeks, my maintenance has gone well and I'm a steady 65.31, with 500g fluctuations either way.
I've had to increase my daily carbs, as I found myself losing again, which I really didn't want to do.

Haven't measure my waist, but my size 12 'tailored' trews are more than comfy!

Definitely do not want to go any lower weight wise but my body seems very happy and my clothes fit better on my small frame so I weighed in this morning at 91 pounds, (6stone 7 or 41.2 kilos) and my waist measures 26 inches (66 cms).Haven't gained or lost more than a few hundred grams over the last couple of months so it looks like this is a natural setting point for me personally.
