Start waist March 94cm

Oct weight 75.70 kg
Oct waist. 80cm

Nov weight 75.00kg
Nov waist. 79cm

It's feels like a snails pace but upon reflection I am knocking over interim goals and edging towards recommended BMI range. Have settled into 5:2 liquid fasting and with the odd 18:6.
Start weight February 2013 281lbs

October 5th weigh in 241

November 3rd weigh in 243.5

Monthly INCREASE of 2.5lbs.

Total loss of 37.5lbs.

I'v put this down to getting my bi-yearly testosterone implant (it screws up my hormones before settling down), plus having a stinking cold that developed into bronchitis and not having the strength or willpower to keep off the carbs, especially sugary treats. At least its only 2.5lbs, it initially shot up to a 6lb increase.
Still maintaining since August. No change for the last 4 months. 2 fasts per week.

Weight 112 lbs

Waist Size 27"

Pharmacy assistant where I get weighed found it fascinating there's been no change, so she weighed herself to make sure the needle hadn't stuck!
Better this month

Oct weigh in - 10st 5.99
Oct waist - 33in

Nov weigh in - 10st 4.6
Nov waist - 33in

loss 1.4lb which is surprising as been on holiday, and been ill, not such regular fasts

Started 27 April 11st and 39in waist
Target 20lb loss - hopefully by Fastiversary
Hoping for 10st 1lb (xmas cub target) or even 10st! - by Xmas :victory:

5:2 followed, mixed in with 16:8 the other days. It suits my appetite and makes me more mindful about what I am shovelling in because if I flip that hunger switch early on I will be rummaging all day. If I wait till lunchtime I can easily wait again till dinner. Am still really enjoying it but very slow weight loss. I am still weighing daily and using the True Weight app.

no waist or fat data etc available.
Here is my monthly update:

4/10/13
weight 194.3 lbs
waist 37.75 in

3/11/13
weight 191.8 lbs
waist 37 in

Loss:
weight 2.5 lbs
waist 0.75 in

Slower than I'd like, but I'll take it.

Some very impressive achievements by others. Great!
4th Oct. 2013: weight: 75,0 kg

3th Nov. 2013: weight: 73,1 kg

Loss: 1,9 kilo :like:
2 lb loss and 1/2 inch from waist ... slowly, slowly someday I will reach target.
Hope I'm not too late - just got in from work
October 7th weight 12st 4.6 lb fat % 35.3
November 4th weight 12st 1.6 lb fat % 34.5

Actually quite encouraging - I have only been managing 0.2lb for the last 3 weeks but 3lb over the month is not bad
2/11/13 71.8kg 5/10/14 73.1 down 1.3kg

waist still 84cm
Another spectacularly slow week for me, very frustrating. Hey ho.
Start 26/08 64.4kg
Today 62.3kg
Waist going nowhere at 82cm.

Well done to all who were happy with their results!
