Weight Loss: an amazing 7kg/15.4lb

Waist: down 5cm/2 inches.

Must be my lucky month!
October weigh in 63.2 kg waist 77cm
November weigh in 62.3 kg waist 77cm

Still about half a pound a week
Still 4:3
Steady and soooooo slowwww
But had a wee keek at my graph and I have not plateaud at all. Odd.
Maybe because I only weigh monthly?
Wow ChickV, thats an incredible weight loss. Well done indeed
Hello all, not a great month for me but here we go:

Start weight 12th Sept: 180lbs (81.64kg) waist 38in
weight 5th Oct: 173lbs (78.47kg) waist 37.5in
weight 2nd Nov: 172.2lbs (78.10kg) waist 36.5in

= 0.8lbs lost and 1 inch off waist.

This month has been really up and down for me. So pleased it's still a loss for the month, even though it's just a tiny one. I'm happy with the 1 inch down on the waist this month, but would love the scales to show a better loss next month. I know people say it's slow but there's slow and there's slow slow.
Well done everyone. :)
Dee

A loss is a loss and creeps you closer to your Xmas goal.

When I started the diet at the beginning of September I weighed 67kg. I didn't want to take measurements, I was a bit fed up with myself. I hate to think what they were. Also I had weighed myself in kilograms, because they didn't mean too much to me (bit of psychology there) I am 5' 4" tall and that's heavy for a small frame. I lurked on the website for a while then decided to join! That was a positive move.

30th September
weight 65.4k
hips 39"
stomach 41" (omg!) that's what I thought.
bust 38"
waist 34"

8th October
weight 65.1k
hips 39"
stomach 38" (wow!)
bust 37"
waist 33"

So here are my stats for November

1st November
weight 62.7k
hips 38"
stomach 37"
bust 36"
waist 31"

I am now a very happy bunny :bunny: and determined to get to my goal weight.
Wow! Excellent results! must give you a real boost to keep going on your successful WOE! :like: :victory:

Hoping to have earned my place in the Christmas 69ers Club - there's still time !
5/10/13
Weight: 62.31.7kg (9st.11.3bs)

Waist 80cm (28in)
Body Fat: 33%

Weight loss: 0.8g
Waist gain: 2.5cm (1in)
Body Fat Loss 0.2%

Lost 9.8lbs in 10 weeks.
Think I have repaired my holiday damage so will take this figure :like:
Hi everyone, a lot of wonderful results it seems, congrats all! :)

Here's my weigh in for this month:

Previous weight (5 Oct 2013) : 57.5 kg
Current weight (2 Nov 2013) : 55.2 kg
This month weight loss : 2.3 kg

I'm not very dilligent with taking measurements, but now I only have 2 jeans left that still fits well, one is a jegging but the other one is a regular cut strechy jeans and it's getting more roomy :D. The rest of my jeans are just loose. Oh, sweet problem ;).

And ..... I'm only 200 grams away from my interim weight goal! :victory:.
Hoping to pass that milestone soon.
Here's my data for this month
Weight 135.8 lbs
Waist 30"
Body Fat 34.4 %

The change since Oct 4th has been
Weight 0.4 lbs loss
Waist 0.5" loss
Body Fat 1.3% gain

This looks like a plateau, but is in fact me doing 6:1 for 3 of the weeks and 5:2 for the final week. I am very near my revised target weight of 9st 7lbs (133 lbs) and have let things slip. But on a positive note I did 2 fasts this week and lost 1.4lbs over the week, and I now know that I can maintain on 6:1 when I finally shift these last few pounds.

current waist 2nd November: 26.0 inches (66.04 cm)

weight lost is 3 lbs (1.36 kilos) October to November
waist lost is 0.4 inches (1.02 cm) October to November

Loss slowed again - have been going around the same pound for more than 3 weeks. Indeed, 0.8lbs of that loss is just from yesterday to today, so suspect the V&P vary-fairy is at it and having a good laff. I probably need to reduce my TDEE too - I've not adjusted it since starting so it's probably time to bite the numbers.

On a brighter note - I hit the six months done mark last Saturday so (to refrain my log): that's half a year on 4:3 (well, more like 4.5 : 2.5 in the last few weeks). Starting weight on 1st May was 146lbs, giving 30.2lbs lost (now 31.4lbs) and tape measurements show inch losses of under-bust 5.1, waist 6.8, stomach 7.2 and hips nearly 5 (and a touch more off here and there today). If I add up all the inches that's quite a lot of inches - reasons to be cheerful eh?!
30lbs plus! Tell black dog to take a hike. Reasons to be cheerful....... Happy weekend
