November Weigh In - Post Now
31 Oct 2013, 22:09
Caroline is away at the moment and has asked me to run this months weigh in, so don't be shy, get posting! The official weigh-day is Saturday but for those who can't/don't want to weigh/measure on Saturday you can post early or up until Monday afternoon.

As not everyone weighs and as waist measurement is a better indicator of fat loss, we will declare either or both weight and waist.

Please include: current weight and/or waist and how that has changed since last month (if you have info on your October weight/waist). Also your starting stats and target stats if you like and any other comment.

Next weigh in will be December 7th.
Mine will be a wee bit late, Tues am our time, Mon evening your time!
Hi Missus, not sure if weigh in is only for Trackers people so just ignore me if so :like:

Otherwise...Since the week beginning 27 Sept,have lost 16lbs..
no doubt a lot of that must have been water, but nevertheless very pleased.
Cant wait to lose two more pounds which will take me down into a lower stone number!

Waist - lost 1.7 inches
Bust - lost 1 inch
Hips - remain stubbornly the same
Most loss is from legs and thighs...trousers have become very flappy and clownlike..
(Wish had measured that part of my anatomy but i didnt..it seemed too depressing to do it!)
Also lost from face,chin and neck,fingers,midriff x x
Thanks for taking over from Caro x
Hi, I have completed two weeks of Fast diet. I have lost 1kg (2.2 pounds). Feeling :like:

16lb!!!! What's your secret. Incredible! Well done you :worship: :worship: :worship:
16st 3 when I started in April. Waist 44"
14st 13 at the beginning of October. Waist 41.5"
14st 10 now. Waist 40"

So losses during October are 3lb and 1 1/2" off my waist. Overall 21lb and 4"

Slow but steady :)

Hi karen,Think its just a combination of beginners luck, having a lot to lose, and losing an avalanche of stored water! X and mainly the water!
Candicemarie that is a.may.zing! Well done :-)

I don't know whether I'm allowed to add mine because I only started on the 14th of October. However, I wasn't gonna weigh myself until a month in...but today I couldn't resist...and I'm soooo pleased:

Waist: 2 inches off (admittedly I pull the tape in a bit!)
Weight: 5 lbs off...hoorah!

I daren't measure the other bits yet but so far I am pretty pleased. Next week I'm gonna give 4:3 a go so I might get a real boost from that. I LOVE 5:2!!! (so far :-) )

Candice posting your monthly results is for everyone who is trying to lose weight, whether they use the tracker or not, and blimey you've lost an amazing amount of weight this month :victory: .

nursebean, thanks for posting your two week result - what a great start. The key to this is patience and persistence, you only need to look at my chart to see how persistent I have been but it does work, I'd never have lost 2st 3lb any other way.
5/10/13:- weight 69.9kgs
waist. 36"
body fat 31.4%

1/11/13:- weight 70.0kgs
waist. 36"
body fat 31.4%

I really have levelled out now, looks the same since August, so maintaining I am!
Good morning

27/09 weight 111.1kg
waist 118cm

01/11 weight 109.9kg
waist 119cm

Loss 1.2kg this month

waist measurements go up and down. too unreliable for me as an IBS sufferer. lost cm on arms, legs and chest.
Did not lose any weight this month, but I started exercising 5 days per week, aqua aerobics and weights, and fortunately lost two inches off my waist, 2 inches under my breasts, and 1 inch off my hips. That brings my waist measurement down 4 inches in the two months I have been participating in this diet.

I look forward to my fast days as the next day I wake up clear and fresh. The body must enjoy a break from all that digesting.
November weigh-in stats
99kg+750 grams not sure if thats how to report it coz havent been below 100 in years
Sorry edit should have said Lost this month *525 grams !!
 Holiday Repaired
waist up 1cm this month (Weird)
Thanks  Sue
