Monthly Weigh-Ins

So, there were 55 folk who joined this month's weigh in losing a total of 70kg between us and 64cm around our collective waists!

The biggest loser, weight-wise was @Karenm who lost 4.55 kg :like:
The biggest loser, waist-wise was @Auriga who lost an amazing 10.2 cm :like:(doing 4:3, I believe)

Commiserations to @Joyful Janet who reported a gain of 0.8kg :cry:

The average loss was 1.36 kg and 1.73 cm, so that's 340g/week...a bit below the forum-wide average on the progress tracker.

Sadly only one man, @GolfinGoldy joined the weigh in, though DSmith did report on her OH successfully maintaining. I hope we see more of the men at next month's weigh-in :clover:


Hopefully, the newly created Christmas Club will have an excellent October and next month's weigh in (November 2nd) will be spectacular!

I'll be away that weekend and not sure how much internet access I'll have so @wildmissus would you be able to run the weigh-in again?

I'm a bit confused about these weigh ins, is it the weight you've lost between this month and next moth or from the start of your diet?
