I'll start a thread tomorrow where you will post your stats (if you wish).
Dragonbirdy wrote: Cool, I will join in then- I'm also going to take measurements that day too as I didn't take enough at the start. I'm not fussed bout being fat and fit, been that for years, but my knees aren't getting any younger, so am keen to drop the weight too now to ease the wear and tear. I have got a history of WW and calorie restriction, which I think has had a massive effect on my (lack of) weight loss. I don't mind being guinea pigged if it helps other peeps too!

Exactly. My sister has had a knee open at 55.

Eat more on feed days, maybe? I upped the exercise & went healthier with food & my losses stopped the last couple of weeks. Ate more this week & lost more. Go figure.
Happy to help. Thanks for running the board. I'm interested in why some folks don't seem to be losing weight or inches. The logic says if you're paying attention to calories on fast days and another overheating on feast days lbs and inches will be shed. Not to put too fine a point on it; but if folks aren't losing, are they really being honest with themselves around calorie count?
Damn iPhone. Meant "are not overeating". Not anther overheating. Sorry
Morning Caroline,

I've been very lax following the plan in March, but if I weigh tomorrow can I join in the May weigh in please.
Hopefully it will give me the incentive to stick at it

Husband and I are happy to post and complete the questionnaire, but our weigh-in is on Sunday am. Last month you took readings from a day either side of the target date. Will you be doing that again?
Sorry, Caroline, I have just read your initial post on this topic, so please ignore the above! I think my brain is addled this morning. There is no milk in the house so I am missing my usual post-fast breakfast of muesli!
I'd like to do the weigh in and questionnaire as well please.

I weighed in this morning, it's two weeks since my last weigh in, so the 5lb loss was a pleasant surprise. According to the progress tracker I've been on the diet for 10 weeks and three days and I'm averaging a loss of 3.164lbs a week, for a total of 33lbs, mind you I do need to lose 116lbs in total  so I guess that's why I'm enjoying a higher than average loss at the moment.

Only another 83lbs to go :dazed:
The monthly weigh-in thread is now active!
