I joined their site, his photo was encouraging and I like their professional advice. I'll stick with this forum also as its far more developed, the progress tracker is good. I don't have the same feeling of belonging as mentioned by others tho. I've never blogged before but I find no one ever replies to my posts anyway. Is that usual? Anyway, thanks for the opportunity to blog and read other experiences.

I don't read the blogs but I'm on the forums all the time on a fast day.

I am another one who will be staying - like others I have never had anything to do with forums before but find this has something for everyone whether it is just a confidence boost on fast days, long term inspiration or the science behind 5:2 and its variants - great stuff, thanks to all.
Last time I looked at the "official" site I felt really sorry for all the people who needed help but getting no response from those they were asking questions of; although many did get great replies from Moogie. Both busy people of course so perhaps as mentioned minions aka 'ghost' writers, may have to respond on their behalf so the warmth of this forum will certainly be missing!!
