Not losing weight?

Help us to help you! Please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

2 weeks - no loss

Bit disappointed as I felt like I had lost a couple of pounds this week but am the same. Think maybe I need to incorporate a bit more excercise next week and see if that gets the scales moving a bit. I am quite happy for the weight loss to be slow but need to see it going in the right direction.

Hang in there...first week I lost nothing, second week 2lbs, and third week 1lb. Have made some changes to way I manage 5:2 like moving from 24 to 36hr, eating one main meal in evening ( and cuppa soup at lunch) walking more, and going to gym x2 a week....don't know if any of this has made a difference, but my BMI is in healthy range again, not to mention I am going to have to get a smaller belt.....so don't give up, it will happen....and remember it is not all about the scales....x

Keep going Joltek. I don't lose every week and sometimes it could be less than 1 lb. It's only for the fact that I've got super sensitive scales that measure to 1/8th of a lb, that I can register any movement at all! Slowly but surely wins the race!

Don't give up. Week 7 for me and it's only now that I feel I'm settling down to this WOL. Initially my weight was down, up, down, up, take a look at my chart and remember the long term health benefits.
