Not losing weight?

Help us to help you! Please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Weight Gain after fasting days?
26 Feb 2013, 15:47
Today I weighed myself and lost 1.2pds since last week however I’m worried the weight will come back on when I'm on regular days.. Do you worry about it like me? I just worry on my regular days I’ll be eating too much however I guess that's why I use My Fitness Pal app to keep track of Calorie count :) .. Just wondering if anybody thinks about like me and what do you do ?
Well done on losing 1. 2 lbs.
Think we probably all feel the same when we 1st start but reading all the great info on this forum from people that have been following this WOE for a while gives me confidence that it works. Like you I still count calories just to be sure I'm staying on track but hopefully this way of life will become 2nd nature & I can forget about calorie counting in the future.
I only weigh myself once a week, the morning after my second fast, I don't want to know all the fluctuations through the week (cos we all do ;) ) I think it's a more accurate reading same day/time...well done losing the 1.5lb :)
I agree with Lynn. Stick to same time, same day, same scale. Don't get caught up worrying about what your food/drink weighs.
