For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

The more weight you are carrying the more your body can fluctuate by, so a small loss can also be easily masked by this natrual variation. Don't be disappointed, just choose a day & time and consider that your 'official' weight - if you should choose to weigh inbetween then don't take it to heart as it's not your 'official' weight
