Help us to help you! Please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!
Remember, we're not here to judge, we're here to help.

I'd agree with this. I had a big initial loss and since then it's slowed but is still significant. The key, for me anyway, seems to be changing the pattern of my eating and exercise a bit so some larger losses have come after eating a bit more. That seems to accentuate the way this works, by triggering your body into thinking it needs to burn fat, then preventing it from going into fat-saving mode by giving it a regular supply. So just keep going and you should see the losses again
Remember our bodies will be adapting to this for a while, but w will get there
