Not losing weight?

Help us to help you! Please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Thanks for Posting TDEE on Progress Tracker! That helps so much on my feed days to know that is the caloric intake I need to strive for to keep losing. I sometimes go over which is why I am maintaining and not losing right now. I will get back on track soon.
My TDEE is now quite a bit lower than it was when I started and I haven't taken this into account! It is a timely reminder. Thanks Moogie :)
I think I'm being a bit dim but where is the TDEE? I've looked on my progress tracker.

This is absolutly AWESOME! (remember I'm american, lol) Moogie, thank you so very much! I see that my TDEE has dropped a bit along with my weight, so I will have to take that into consideration.
Queen56 when you look at the progress tracker there is now more writing which gives you your TDEE for sedentary and active and then what your fasting day calories should be. It's in the bit of writing that tells you how much you've lost and roughly how long til you reach your goal weight.
TDEE info can only be calculated if you've provided your date of birth (at least a year). Glad folks are finding it helpful, big thanks to PhilT for help with the calculations!
I agree, this will be very helpful for many people! Thanks also for adding the activity level information.
I am almost daily amazed at Moogie and the other mods, thanks so much for this and all else that you do!
