Not losing weight?

Help us to help you! Please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Losing and no exercise
09 May 2013, 17:43
Hi..
I got weighed yesterday, been doing this WOE since 20th march starting weight was 15st 6.5 weight now is 14st 5 so over a stone lost.. I am so happy, also no exercise whatsoever as I am waiting for an op so was happily surprised.. I don't get weighed weekly.. I have found it so easy I do stick to my TDEE and sometimes a bit below it sometimes a bit over I eat the same things I have always eaten just a bit less of it.. so really pleased.. only negative I can think of is the past few days been feeling dizzy and fuzzy headed but may not even be connected with my diet..

This is great news and will benefit you hugely now and post op. Maybe you should have a word with your doctor if your dizzy spells and lightheadedness doesn't improve because I would have thought that you would be adjusted to the 5.2 by now? Good luck with the op and keep losing!

thanks, I will mention it to the doctor if continues I was supposed to have Hip replacement over a year ago but declined it because I wanted to lose weight first so hopefully after a few more stone will go ahead with it...I think my dizziness is most probably stress its something that comes and goes I think also on fast days I drink loads of water but don't drink very much on other days so could be dehydrated will drink more...
