I only weight myself about ten times a day but I'm quite accustomed to the needle weaving around to the extent of 3 or 4 lbs each time.
I'm just eating much better generally, 5:2 just makes a lot of sense to NOT do it.
Anyone rcall the Asian guy on the original M Mosley docu who said the route of his success and longevity (IIRC he as in 90's) was portion control. I'm no expert but many religions practise it and I can see why now.
