Not losing weight?

Help us to help you! Please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

SO glad the scale is moving in the right direction for you again. 1510 calories on feast days seems a little low, unless you aren't working out at all? I haven't seen much mention of exercise in your blogs, so maybe that is a good number for you if that's the case. Anyway, now that you have the math figured out, I am sure you will start seeing some serious progress!
Thanks Jamie! Yup, seems like I've found the key (for me). It is a shame that I have to restrict/count calories on feast days but hopefully I won't have to do it forever. The MFP target (which is 1530 btw, I got it wrong first time) is because I set it to 'lose 1lb a week'. I know you should set it to 'maintain' if you're fasting, but I thought I'd try this for a few weeks and then increase slowly to a slightly higher amount. And I do go over on some days so I don't think I need to worry about not eating enough! I don't work out, but I do try to do 10,000 steps at least 3-4 times a week. Well, it's working for now anyway, so fingers crossed it will keep going in the right direction. :-)
I do the same thing with SparkPeople. I have it set to lose one pound per week, because my fasting only gives me a total weekly deficit of 3600 calories and I want to be losing two pounds per week. So I figured setting SparkPeople to configure my calorie range for a one pound loss, plus the pound I lose from fasting will give me two pounds.
