Not losing weight?

Help us to help you! Please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hi!

Im about 194 pounds and I'm 5'11 (180 cm). I'm 45 years old and I exercise about 3 times a week, I either go to the gym where I do about 30 minutes of cardio on the treadmill and some weight lifting as well. I also jog/walk once or twice a week for about 40 minutes (4.5 km or 2.8 miles)

On the fast days i eat about 500 calories and on the feed days I eat around 1200-1500. I've been on this diet for about 6 weeks and I've lost about 6 pounds. But over the last two weeks I haven't lost any weight at all.

Should I eat more calories on the feed days? Should I exercise more? What am I doing wrong, what do you guys think? Have you hit a plateau too?

I'm very thankful for any advice!
Hi - running your stats through a free calculator it looks to me as if you're undereating - you need around 2200-2500 on your feed days based on light to moderate exercise.

Remember also that you'll be converting fat to muscle, which weighs more.

I'm sure others here will be able to give you more advice.
