If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Have you filled in your details on the Tracker yet? You can keep it private if you prefer. And take lots of measurements - waist, hips, chest, thighs and anything else - because you can't rely on the scales alone to show how well you are doing.
There is certainly a lot to be learnt through reading about the experiences and thoughts of others, plus all the info in the fasting library. So do have a good read around, and do join the "fasting today" thread on your fast days - it's interesting to read about how others manage their day and good support too!
