This is very interesting - see how they tell us NOT to worry about breakfast, NOT to eat every 3 hours, not worry about skipping meals, not to cut calories too low BUT, if we have done that, our metabolism has not been damaged (I thought my metabolism had been ruined for life) - and on and on.
