Today is my first time fasting. I’m near the end of a 36 hour fast (so far so good). I intend to do this once a week with the remaining days on the 16/8.
Despite exercising regularly I gained weight over the past year or so after quitting smoking. I weighed myself this morning and I weigh 10 stone 2lb. I’m hoping to return to my previous weight of 8 stone 10 - 9 stone.
Looking forward to getting into the swing of it, a lot of the posts I’ve read are very inspiring,
