I am a male, 43 years. Quite strong on the bench press 330lbs (150kg), but I also have bodymetrics of 29% fat/118kg/192 cm.
So... just now starting my journey to a leaner self. For the past week I have done ADF and already lost 4 kg... Let’s see if I can keep up with this. Or if I find some other method out of these inspiring articles.
