hi there I’m Carmen from Eastbourne UK, I’m 62 years old, and trying to be as healthy as possible as I have to continue working till I’m 67+.
First of all, I’m very upset, like everyone, about Michael Mosley‘s passing, it couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy and I’m really sad for his family and friends.
I’ve done the 5:2 in the past a few times, and I’m back on it now, Mostly doing The Fast 800, fasting from 6pm to 12 or 1pm then under 800 in my window. I’ve been doing this again now for Three weeks, and lost half a stone.
