Hi I've been on this woe for about 8 weeks but that last 4 I've really not kept to the brief! Id start the day good but my evening I'd sit down to watch tv and gave in to the cravings and eat more than is ever necessary!
Anyhow the reason for my post is to get myself remotivated and was thinking if like WW you had to weight yourself on a weekly basis in front of other 5:2 members that you would be more committed.

So as I'm based in Dublin and while I don't have much weight to lose overall (approx 10lbs) I was wondering if there was any ppl in and around dublin who would be interested in meeting up every so often to weight in, share tips and ideas, give encouragement etc????
