I've heard so much about intermittent fasting in the last few months, and was really intrigued by it, especially how it seems to go against everything that's been said before, eat 6 meals a day bla blahh.
So i thought i'd give it a do! Today is my third fast, and its alot easier than I thought. And because its so simple even I can stick to it....hopefully
When I fast i just don't eat anything, I just drink water and brews
So about me;
I'm Jamie
I'm 6ft 1 and on the 1st of Jan I weighed 17st7.6.
I'm hoping to getting back to about 14.5-15st. I think i'd look ill if i was any less than that tbh
