Howdy all!

I've heard so much about intermittent fasting in the last few months, and was really intrigued by it, especially how it seems to go against everything that's been said before, eat 6 meals a day bla blahh.

So i thought i'd give it a do! Today is my third fast, and its alot easier than I thought. And because its so simple even I can stick to it....hopefully :cool:

When I fast i just don't eat anything, I just drink water and brews :like:

So about me;

I'm Jamie

I'm 6ft 1 and on the 1st of Jan I weighed 17st7.6.

I'm hoping to getting back to about 14.5-15st. I think i'd look ill if i was any less than that tbh :lol:

Heres my log so far;

1/1/2014 - 17st7.6
7/1/2014 - 17st1.4

Wish me luck. Hopefully i'll get to know you lot and we'll be able to achieve our goals together.

Good luck everyone!! :oops:

Thanks for all the support guys :)

Just a quick update:

1/1/2014 - 17st7.6
7/1/2014 - 17st1.4
14/1/2014 - 16st13.5
21/1/2014 - 16st11.2

Still enjoying 5:2 but the loss has slowed right down.
I keep cheating on normal days though :/ but aslong as I have nothing but water on a Monday and Thursday it seems to be going ok.

Started gym to since 1st Jan twice a week and seem to be making improvements.

Thanks for all your kind words and good luck :)
