First weigh today

And I'm amazed that I've shifted 9lbs, don't want to say lost as I don't want to find them again :lol:

Stuck to 500 calories on my fast days :D which I thought I would struggle with.

Have even had the odd biscuit and chocolate bar so not missed anything food wise.

5:2 I love you :)

Yes, chuffed to bits. I know some will be water but if I can shift 1lb a week from now on ill be happy

Fantastic start Purpleemmyjo! Actually really fantastic, way beyond expectation given your BMI. So, don't be too surprised if you don't seem to progress much over the next few weeks. The underlying weight loss with 5:2 is normally c. 1 lb / week. Keep the faith and those lbs will continue to fall off, just don't worry if the graph is a bit spiky at first...
