Week 1: 0 lbs
Week 2 : 2 lbs (Friday weigh-in after Thurs fast)
Week 3: 1 lb (Friday weigh-in after Thurs feast)
Yippee....slow start....but did switch from 24hr to 36hr fast from week1 to week2 and also instead of 3 smallish meals to cuppa soup at lunch, and rest of cals for dinner....
Wonder does it make a difference??
