Ok, perhaps Mon am is the true 3 week milestone, but its near enough for me to know that this is working......
Clothes fit better.....and the most noticeble thing if annything, is that when I'm given a 'normal' evening meal, ie portions etc, - i'm completely stuffed afterwards. Ive asked my wife to reduce portions - as we really DO eat too much on 'normal' meals. Pretty sure we all do.......
Going to have to perhaps do Mon & Tues this week, as I'm away Wed - Sun, so we'll see how that works, - might have to change my eating pattern for the 2nd day, as 1 light evening meal on 2 days running might leave me very light in energy........
