3 weeks in.......6lbs out.

3 weeks in......Mon & Wed fast Days.......and here I am 6lb's lighter :D

Ok, perhaps Mon am is the true 3 week milestone, but its near enough for me to know that this is working......

Clothes fit better.....and the most noticeble thing if annything, is that when I'm given a 'normal' evening meal, ie portions etc, - i'm completely stuffed afterwards. Ive asked my wife to reduce portions - as we really DO eat too much on 'normal' meals. Pretty sure we all do.......

Going to have to perhaps do Mon & Tues this week, as I'm away Wed - Sun, so we'll see how that works, - might have to change my eating pattern for the 2nd day, as 1 light evening meal on 2 days running might leave me very light in energy........ :?

Congratulations Chris.
Isn't it great that we can be so flexible?
Good luck next week.
I've done 2 in a row a couple of times because it was the only way I could fit it in.
I only ate in the evening both days and had no ill effects. I did make sure that I did have all my 500 calories though.
