and got very excited then realised i had the wrong end of the tape :lol:

That's a good trick saggyoldcat - hope you weren't disappointed when you measured the right way round :lol:

I have done that! I also have one of the Rosemary Conley magic tapes where you attach little plastic clips to indicate your starting measurements & then add on smaller clips as you reduce in size. They are also colour indicated so I couldn't work out why my waist was as large as my hips
:lol: so unfortunately no brain improvement either!
