Hi, I was fasting yesterday, at least I started the day fasting. I slipped on Sunday and thought I had broken my finger so I was feeling a bit sorry for myself and I ate a little too much for a fast day, so this week will only fast one day as I can't manage fasting alternative days and I don't feel like fasting on Friday . But that's ok I will do maintenance fasting this week and back to 5:2 next week. Gotta love this WOL.
Isn't 5:2 wonderful?! You never know, you may yet shift a pound this week anyway! I fasted on 650 cals over Christmas and still lost a bit.
