I'm determined to continue this WOE because I think I can stick to it long term, unlike other regimes that I have tried. Got to get back to positive thinking!

I had my monthly weigh & measure at the gym today and now I'm feeling a bit disheartened as my measurements were exactly the same, and my fat percentage was slightly up . At least my weight was down by 2lbs, but according to my home weigh-ins it should have been 4lbs.

Ahh Janet your really are as your nickname says "joyful" i feel for you i'm only in my 3rd week and put on last week but i think some of us lose more slowly than others also if your doing quite a bit of exercise (which is a fairly new regime) then this could be why your not seeing the losses yet?
Keep going and keep your chin up hope your hard work pays off on the scales soon x

There's a lot to be said for using the same scales at the same time every week. I really wouldn't weigh in two different places. If they disagree you'll feel your losing out either way.
Dont get down. The weight is coming off and you've loads of support here when you need it!

Thanks for your support, TracE and Catscratch. Feeling much brighter today & looking forward to fasting tomorrow.
I've hidden my bathroom scales in the cupboard behind the ironing board, so I'll be less tempted to weigh myself several times a day.
