Delighted to have lost so much - 6lbs, I have even lost an inch from my apple(waist that is!). Thanks to all who post here, I am finding it very helpful. Thanks especially to all those who publish their results on the progress tracker, I find that very encouraging and motivating. I know that this large weight loss is most probably water and certainly not all fat but I already feel lighter  I haven't bought new clothes for such a long time because I look so shapeless, if this continues I can look foward to hitting the shops big time! :like:
Great news - I did my first fast yesterday and am so excited that this will finally work for me!
Well done dhana, the trick is to maintain this enthusiasm on the weeks when the scales don't oblige. Nearly half a stone is a good chunk gone though! You must be really pleased.
