Four weeks in and I've lost 13lb. One pound shy of a stone! I'm so pleased with how easy it's all been so far.

The weekly weight loss is slowing down now to a steady 1-2lb p/w.

Resistance training on fast days is working really well for me. I'm getting stronger each week and my arms look great. I'm starting to get leaner dimples in amongst the fat in key places (inside of my elbows, top of my abs) and my moobs have gone!

I'm on the last notch of my belt and I no longer have to tug it to get it fastened. The merino wool jumpers I got for Christmas and subsequently shrank in the wash are wearable again.

The next target in my sights is to get below 14st.

Congrats! Keep up the good work! =) I am also going back to training this week after a two month break, exercise gives you motivation, energy and helps with the fat burning =)
