Finally managed to figure out how to post a graph of my weight loss over the past 10 weeks (I'm not very techie in these matters!). You can see how much it fluctuates day to day so could give a false impression of barely no weight loss at all between certain days. You can see a definite downward trend though and that's what we slow losers need to be focusing on. There's hope for us all!

Hang on in there, Cyberchick...
GranJoMum wrote: Over the past 6 weeks since I started 5:2, I think I have been subconsciously applying the Paul McKenna 4 Golden Rules on feed days: (1) When you are hungry EAT; (2) Eat what you want, not what you think you should; (3) Eat consciously and enjoy every mouthful; (4) When you think you are full, STOP EATING. Paul McKenna never helped me lose weight, but I still like his philosophy. Maybe this will help?

Yes, this is good practice, and I lost it when I went to SW, and RC online wasn't much better, with whole emphasis being on food I did not actually want to eat!
Will eat more mindfully...
Thanks all, I must say it helps with all the support, I will carry on, think I had a bit of a disappointing weigh, but I am on track and will stick at it as said its a cause of slow and sure
Take care everyone :)
Finally ticked over into the next kilo...now under 73kg. ATLAST! Decided to be a lot more laid back and to just muddle along.
Just read this whole topic and really pleased to see you had success at the end.
Thank you Robnem...
6 Weeks and 6 Kgs down.
I was doing 2 days a week now I'm doing 3 days.

I think 3 days is working faster and I keep an eye out on what I eat on my other days.

My Wife is doing the same 6 Weeks and 3 Kgs...
She is doing 3 days now, 2 days was working to slowly for her.
My husband is changing to 4:3. Hopefully this will help.
He says he's hoping it will make him a faster faster! :)
