I haven't posted for ages but I have been doing this for about 6 weeks properly (it took me a bit of trial and error to get through the fast days at first).

I have a lot to lose but I have now lost 14 pounds with what seems like very little effort and the fast days are becoming easier. I do high intensity interval training 3/4 times a week and haven't noticed any problems when I exercise in the morning after a fast day.

My shape and inch loss seems to be improving faster than the amount of weight lost would indicate and people are starting to notice.

Still a long way to go and it is no crash diet or quick fix but it feels effective and sustainable and sane :smile:

Well done Judy, it sounds like you have found the perfect balance for you and everything is working. Congrats on the fabulous results you have achieved; keep it going!

Well done Judy! Nice to hear success stories.

I've just started week 3 (fasted yesterday, which was my 5th fast) and lost 2lbs each of the past two weeks, so I'm very much hoping I'm on-track to be in a similar position to you in a few weeks time - it would be awesome to lose a whole stone. (And then I guess I'd have to consider losing at least another half a stone...!)

Wow I have just done my usual Saturday weigh in and I have lost 2 pounds this week, :grin: I can't wait to see my weight go below 12 stone
