First weigh in

Did my first fast Sat/Tue this week and weighed in this morning with a 3lb loss.....fasting Thur and Tue this week as out all weekend.

Well done... Great to see you're fitting this plan around your life style, IMHO its the only way you'll sustain it!

this forum is amazingly supportive and factful so keep using it particulary in moments of weakness

Great start, agree with hamsandwich make the plan fit your life style & it becomes very sustainable.
