1 Week- 3 lbs. 2 Week - 2 lbs. 3 Week - 1 lb. 4 Week - 1 lb. So, that's 7 lb or as a lot of you say 1/2 stone. I couldn't be happier for doing something that I am hardly paying attention to, no diet food and no daily measuring and weighing food. Not to mention that I am not paying somebody. This is incredibly safe and easy. I've never felt better loosing weight and feeling better ! Thanks to everybody for your encouraging words

Hi Everybody ! Wanted to let you know that I have wonderful success completing my first month

Congratulations, Dsmith30, on your first month's weight loss. You are obviously getting 5:2 working well for you. However, be prepared for the weeks that you don't lose,(it can happen to anyone! )so don't let it discourage you if it does happen, just stick to the programme! Well done for a brilliant start!
