Week 12 results

Regime: One meal on fast days

Starting point:
Height 5'0
Weight 59.4kgs
Body fat 41% (scales over reading but loss will be relative)
Muscle 28%
Bone 10.9%
BMI 26.4

After 12 weeks (cumulative):
Weight 55.1kgs - 4.3kg loss
Body fat 34.5 - 6.5% reduction
Muscle 31.5 - 3.5% increase
Bone 11.2 - 0.3 increase
BMI 23.9 - 2.5 reduction
2 inch off my waist
5.5 inches off my hips

Over the last 12 weeks I've had 1 week of not fasting and 1 week with only one day fasting.

I wanted to mention, to back up the theory that men lose more on this diet, that my partner has lost 7.5kg in the same period!

Congratulations on your loss! (Surely this forum is the only place you could write those words!) Unlike your husband, mine has lost less than me, 10.5 lb to my 14 lb, but he is having to fasten his belt up one more hole and so is quite happy with that.
