I weigh and measure myself once a week - on a Saturday morning. I write my results on the calendar in the kitchen but I thought I'd create this thread so I have an 'online record' of my progress.
So today's results:
1 pound down.
0.5 inch off my waist.
Nothing off my stomach.
1% body fat down (according to those dodgy scales).
Quite pleased with this week's progress as I had a major carbtastic blow-out on Sunday so was expecting to be disappointed today.
Easter tomorrow, and I think I will be permitting myself to have another blow-out
