10 week update & still on track

End of 10 weeks and after fast #22 I've lost 7.2kgs and the BMI is slowly coming down thankfully. The loss is slow and steady and considering Easter (1x chocolate bunny & a lamb roast dinner & two hot cross buns), I'm pretty impressed!

I am definitely seeing less of the tummy 'envelope' that appeared during the menopause & the midriff bulge has also significantly reduced + neck, shoulders more defined, thighs...it's all looking slimmer now.

I'm in this for the long haul but am delighted at the progress to date. Happy Easter Bunny!

My loss has been a bit slower, (about 3 kg in 7 weeks), but as you say, the fact that we can still really enjoy our food and treats on special occasions, makes this so easy, so I'm also definitely in it for the long haul.
