Week 3 Results

Regime: One meal on fast days

Starting point:
Height 5'0
Weight 59.4kgs
Body fat 41% (scales over reading but loss will be relative)
Muscle 28%
Bone 10.9%
BMI 26.4

After 3 weeks (cumulative):
Height 5'0
Weight 56.7kgs - 2.7kg loss
Body fat 36.7 - 4.3% reduction
Muscle 30.4 - 2.4% increase
Bone 11.1 - 0.2 increase
BMI 25.2 - 1.2 reduction
1 inch off my waist
1 inch off my hips
