Kristy's progress
10 Apr 2013, 08:04
Yesterday after feeling disheartened at feeling so ill after a fast day, I had to pick myself up and remind myself to give it time.
Today however, I have been scale hopping... oops.
Weighed and measured myself and have lost 3lb since Sunday as well as losing an inch from most places. I'm sure these will go back up before coming down again but wanted to share how please and surprised I am.
Ready for my fast tomorrow!

So, progress so far.
Lost 3lb on the 10th April
Put 1lb back on the 11th
Lost 2lb on the 12th
Left it over the weekend and weighed again on monday. Put 2lb on when weighed on Monday but lost 3lb today - making my overall lost today 5lb :D Exciting!
It's a bit confusing though, I know I shouldn't weigh everyday but if I didn't I wouldn't have known how much I'd lost.
Planning on weighing at the end of my first month but not sure what day will be best as it seems the days after my fasts are the days where the weight loss shows but then I put it back on. Argh confused!
