Hi ALl
I started cal counting on 23/1/13 and weighed in at 14.13
Started 5.2 on 13/02 and its been pretty easy after the first few where i had huge headaches but solved that now by having a cup of bouillon if needed
Today i reached another of my mini targets - i am 13.7 with 2 weeks to go till my holiday -I am so chuffed :grin: Would like to eventually get to around 12st and stay there - its something that has prooved impossible in that past

my journey in figures is below - sorry they are not formatted well as i copied from excel and it looks ok before submitting

Well done jeniben, that's great! You must be absolutely delighted with your progress. Now you'll have to treat yourself to some new clothes for your holiday :D

Yes i am a very happy girl at the moment, weightloss has never been easy for me as i guess the same for most on here
I have still lived my life as normal and just fasted for the 2 days a week and even then i am not absolutely strict on 500 cals - just as near as possible, I am now only eating at tea time which for me i think makes the difference
I have been going to the pub as normal on saturday nights, eating out for lunch on sundays, i even ate an easter egg which i wouldnt normally do - along with some jelly beans and fudge
