I started cal counting on 23/1/13 and weighed in at 14.13
Started 5.2 on 13/02 and its been pretty easy after the first few where i had huge headaches but solved that now by having a cup of bouillon if needed
Today i reached another of my mini targets - i am 13.7 with 2 weeks to go till my holiday -I am so chuffed Would like to eventually get to around 12st and stay there - its something that has prooved impossible in that past
