I started the 5:2 diet about 3weeks ago, I also exercise 2/3 times a week for about 45 minutes and I have lost 5lbs. I started at 147lbs and I am now 142lbs. I am so happy.

Well done TK! I think the beauty of 5:2 is that it's so adaptable to different lifestyles and circumstances.
