Ive recently posted about me not losing any weight,.I started 5.2 in march, and have succeed ed with fasting, quite enjoying it but no change on my weight by my scales, But I decided to go on the Wi fit this morning and do a body test, and surprise surprise , Ive actually lost 3 lb, So sorry for the whingeing , I was giving it a month, to see how I get on, but im definately staying with it, xx :victory:

Hi Anndav

Also take your measurements. I have stayed the same weight for about 5 weeks now but I know I have lost inches from my body just from the clothes I am wearing. I just wish I had taken measurements at the start.

Stick with it - its definitely worth it!
