Today is weigh day and have finished my 4th week. Total weight lost: 4 pounds.
The easiest 4 pounds I've ever lost. Instead of depriving myself of everything I like, I'm eating all of that most days. I hardly feel like I'm on a diet.

Congratulations! It's great that it doesn't feel like you're restricting yourself on the majority of days but you're still seeing a change, isn't it?
