I think it's working!

I am so thrilled! Not only have I lost some weight but it also shows on my waist which was my main goal! I am not too unhappy with my weight but the love-hangdles! I have lost 1.6 kilos in almost 2 weeks (typed in the wrong starting weight, should be 58) and 3 centimeters on my waist - yay! I love this!

Just a question - when I have reached my goal in weight, is it still possible to lose the tummy without losing too many kilos?

Wow, well done you! I am having similar success, although only one week into it. I don't know how to answer your question really, just wanted to congratulate you on your start. I imagine there are waist-reducing exercises on the internet? Maybe tummy crunches and the one where you lie on your back and pretend to cycle with your legs? I find both of these exercises difficult so will think about it when I've lost some more weight! Good luck for future fasting!
