3lbs off! Pretty damn chuffed! Doesnt sound like a lot but I definitely went overboard on my feast days! Wont be continuing with 4.3 though dont think its ideal long term so will be doing 5.2 as of monday! So pleased I found this diet!
I am on day 3 of 4:3 this week. After 4 weeks of 5:2 I thought shaking things up might be valuable. After all, it works with weight training. I might not be a doctor but I play one in my own life
A couple of things I have noticed is that it has gotten easier to not eat until 6pm. My hunger pains are much less and the mental distraction thinking about when can I eat again is much less too.
I also noticed that my taste buds are picking up salty and sweet tastes much more than they did a month ago. In a way that I think this bread is way too salty or this SOBE green tea is way too sweet.
I still get cold when I am fasting.

Not bad! Not bad at all, especially if you weren't losing on 5:2.
I am planning to do 4:3 next week, if my scales don't agree with me on Sunday morning.
Currently, I'm doing 5:2 with a very serious calorie counting (and a bit of restricting).
