well done to Cr4zyfish too. You will be well chuffed. Not to put a damper on it though, just expect the loss to slow down considerably as you do more. A pound a week is the average- if you check on the tracker with your info, you can filter the groups and see what the average loss if for your age/sex/type of fasting etc. It's very interesting ;)

Wow Cr4zyfish, you had a really good start! :like:

My first week was -0,4 kg and I was happy with that too. I know that next week will be different, but it always cheers you up, when you get big numbers down.

Well, this monday was not so good, + 1kg. We went out saturday and had too much food/alcohol. I have found out, that alcohol is really bad for my diet, even if I eat really lightly in the beginning of the week and if I drink more than one or two drinks at the weekend, scale always shows +1 kg or more when weighing on monday. Fustrating! Then it takes a week before you get back where you were.

Well done cra4zyfish, I'm with you 6lbs down at the end of my 1st week. I know that will slow and I did do a 4:3 this week but it's a really motivating start and a good dent in my weight loss target :0D

Congrats...that's Fab :)

I have had my usual two fast days and the three days in between were practically fast days as well because I had a tummy bug. I weighed in this morning and I have stayed the same. I'm not surprised as this is how it sems to go when I don't eat enough. I expect next week may show a significant loss.

I weigh on a monday too not lost anything this week but over the 3 weeks since I started still averaging at over 1lb a week so happy with that especially as I am probably not as strict with it as I should be.

There was a big paryt at weekend so today weighing showed +0,9 kg. Well, I expected this. Alcohol does that to me. And it takes about a week to get back to the weight before. Well, no parties for 2 weeks, so back to the business. :)
