Right about now I ususally start giving up on any diet ! Enthusiasm starts to waiver and results are all over the place. But I am delighted to share, that with little effort on the food side (although totally focused on running my couch to 5k programme) I have lost over 4 lbs in 2 weeks That was subsequent to me dieting anyway so I am well chuffed.
I do find the fast days a challenge - not so much the hunger but altering the family habits we have got into around meals and snacks
I have a looonng way to go so will be with you all for sometime-
