Thank you all so much for your support. Today was for the first time not a successful fast day, but I'm not going to beat myself up about it, I'm going to move on and keep trying.
No point in re-iterating what others have said, but sounds to me like the water/fat loss balancing out, I would think you'll notice a loss again soon.
By the way, it would be helpful to know your current BMI or weight and how much you're hoping to lose? If you don't have much to lose it may come off more slowly!
