I am just thrilled with my results so far. I have finished my third week with a total of seven fasts. I have lost over 7 pounds! The best part is that I am finding it quite easy to do.

And I am feeling quite good on fast days -- I wait to eat until early evening and then have a 400-500 calorie dinner and maybe an apple before I go to bed. Yesterday was my fast day and I am finding that I may feel a little tired the day following. We'll see how today goes.

I really appreciate this forum and I'm reading on it daily, it helps a lot with motivation.

Can't wait to see where I'm at on my first month check-in!
